Locksmith Services: M.S.I.S provides locksmith services including re-keying knob-sets and deadbolts on a property to your required/requested key code to installing new knob-sets/deadbolts keyed to your specifications. M.S.I.S is a licensed locksmith company, so you can rest assured knowing that all locksmith services are completed legally to state laws.
Securing
Securing: M.S.I.S. will secure your asset by installing a knob-set/deadbolt, hasp/padlock, thumb locks on windows/sliders, slide locks on overhead garage doors, and latches on gates to boarding windows/doors, or installing plywood security doors. All securing services are completed to HUD/FNMA specifications.
Landscape Maintenance
Landscape Maintenance: M.S.I.S. provides landscape maintenance to include, but is not limited to mowing, edging, weed abatement, shrub trimming, minor tree trimming, tree removal, leaf removal, and fall clean up services.
Janitorial Services
Interior Janitorial: M.S.I.S. provides interior janitorial services completed to HUD/FNMA specifications to include vacuuming of carpeted surfaces, mopping of hard surface floors, cleaning of all drawers, cabinets, shelves, baseboards, ceiling fans, bathroom fixtures, light fixtures, window tracks, door jambs, windows, kitchen appliances, cobweb removal, and more. Final move in janitorial services and sales cleans available.
Debris Removal
Debris Removal: M.S.I.S. provides debris removal from your asset or rental property, as well as construction/remodel clean-up.

Miscellaneous Services: M.S.I.S. also provides pressure washing, tree services, carpet removal, demolition, installation of smoke detectors/carbon monoxide detectors (hard wire/battery operated), replace thermostats, install water heater straps, cure safety hazards, sign placement, listing photos, and more.
