M.S.I. Services LLC was founded in 2006 providing inspection services such as drive by inspections for occupancy verification, interior/exterior inspections, merchant site inspections, Insurance underwriting inspections, brush inspections, and quality control inspections on REO/Bank owned properties, owner/tenant occupied properties, as well as delivery of delinquency notifications, providing BPO photos, and completing rehab/repair completion inspections.
As time went on, M.S.I. Services LLC quickly realized the growing demand for vendors to provide more than just inspections, and that clients were looking for vendors to provide maintenance and other services as well. M.S.I.S. quickly expanded to include a wide variety of services that the industry was searching for. Today, M.S.I. Services LLC provides most all services needed to get your asset to market ready condition. Providing everything from locksmith services to general repair and rehab work to installing appliances and putting on a new roof, M.S.I. Services LLC is here to get your asset market ready.

About the owner
Mark S., founder/owner of M.S.I. Services LLC started in this industry back in 1998 as an in house inspector for the HUD M&M contractor, In-Town Properties. Moving on after a year do to the contract ending, Mark became an in house inspector for the new HUD M&M contractor, Golden Feather Realty Services Inc. Spending a couple of more years in the field as a routine/initial/QC inspector, Mark quickly became the inspection department manager and was responsible for assigning daily initial and routine inspection routes, inputting property information, making sure that work orders were completed and signed off in the field, as well as field training and conducting meetings to update inspectors on HUD requirements. Traveling to Chicago, Mark was responsible for hiring, and training all field staff on HUD requirements as well as field training on completion of initial/routine inspections. Once the contract ended, Mark moved on to become the customer service manager at a large developer in the low desert area of Indio, Ca. before receiving a phone call to come aboard as a vendor for the then current HUD M&M contractor and starting M.S.I Services LLC.
Mark has a strong background in construction and home mechanics, and with his knowledge in the inspection industry since 1998, Mark has obtained a great understanding of both HUD, FNMA guidelines and requirements, as well as what his clients are looking for.
